STEP ONE: GET YOUR TRUST CERTIFICATE
What is “TRUST”?
TRUST stands for “The Recreational UAS Safety Test”, and is what you need to complete if you want to fly an unmanned aerial vehicle (aka “drone”) recreationally in the United States.
DRONE TRUST is an FAA-approved Test Administrator of The Recreational UAS Safety Test (TRUST). Recreational flyers can access the TRUST by clicking the link below. All you need to do is enter your name, email (Drone Trust will send you your certificate of completion).

You must complete the test to receive your completion certificate. As you work through the training material, you will answer the questions until you’ve achieved a 100%. If you get a question wrong, you will see why the answer was wrong and get additional chances to answer correctly. The goal of this training and exam is education. The FAA wants to ensure that all recreational fliers are equipped with the knowledge they need to fly safely.
Once you have completed these steps you can apply to BNBATP. Welcome to your first step into the world of aviation!

Originally from upstate NY, Norah Burch has lived in the Boston area for over 2 decades. She studied archaeology in college, and currently is a documentation specialist for biotech companies. In her spare time, she enjoys building miniatures, sewing, and photography.

Abbas is an immigrant from Sudan. He studied finance in university and also worked in the radio/entertainment industry. He is in the current FAA 107 Cohort and is excited to see what his future will be like in the aviation industry.
Antwon Rozenvayn
Born and raised in Kyiv Ukraine, Anton Rozenvayn has worked as a journalist in different genres, including reporting from extreme conditions such as war, disasters, and political instability. A cancer survivor and enthusiastic traveler, he has a degree in linguistics. He currently works in logistics.
Sana Hafeez
Raised in Orlando, and currently living in Brookline, Sana is a Pakistani American with a background in Sociology and Microbiology. She is a martial artist, former collegiate rugby player, active community & political organizer, and budding aviation enthusiast.
